The Challenge

Building a fitness social network from scratch.

Corvi set out to build a social media platform specifically for the fitness community — a place where gym-goers could connect, share workouts, track progress, and find training partners. The founding team had deep domain knowledge and funding, but needed a technical partner who could ship fast across every platform.

The challenge was massive in scope: a marketing website, a full web application, and native mobile apps for both iOS and Android — all needing to launch together with a cohesive experience. The platform had to handle real-time social features, media uploads, user feeds, and scale to support thousands of daily active users from day one.

Every architectural decision had to balance speed-to-market with the ability to scale. You don't get a second chance at a social app launch.

Our Approach

Ship everywhere, ship fast.

01

Platform Architecture

Designed a unified backend that powers the website, web app, and both mobile apps. Built for real-time: social feeds, messaging, notifications, and media handling that stays responsive under load.

02

Web & Mobile Development

Built the full stack: a marketing website for acquisition, a web application for desktop users, and native iOS and Android apps. Same core experience across every platform, optimized for each device.

03

Launch & Scale

Coordinated a cross-platform launch — App Store, Google Play, and web simultaneously. Set up monitoring, analytics, and infrastructure that scales automatically as the user base grows.
